Well, this is it folks. Tagged with a 4X4 I've uncovered this - my fourth folder fourth picture. Meet John - a friend of ours that was in graduate school with Todd. I didn't ask but I don't think he'll mind since that's a pretty decent sized fish for Logan waterways! Unfortunately, he's moved out of state now and we don't get to eat his famous Sausage Sauce Piquant. Maybe if he sees the nice picture of him I posted on my blog he'll be more inclined to share the recipe.

Yeah, we had a digital camera before Evan so I figured I would get some sort of random photo! And for sure I'll post the recipe if I get it! It's a really tasty southern dish.
...kind of strange post...but I sort-of liked it. (lol)
