Triple pants, clowns, and child labor laws.

Some of Evans new obsessions:

1- Putting on his own pants.

Let me rephrase that: putting on as MANY pants as he can. if you look closely you'll see THREE pairs of pants.
2. Clowns and motorcycles. Or as he would say "Cowns!!!!" and "Mo'cles!!!" He keeps finding clowns, tiny, tiny clowns in his board books we had no idea were there. Over Memorial Day weekend Evan got to ride "Mo'cles" with dad (thanks to Aunt Wendy and Uncle Chris). Last week we took him to the Harley Davidson store up here and he was stoked! I think Todd actually considered buying one for his boy but the $20,000 plus price tag made us rethink our priorities.

Evan has settled for the "bike" he found next to the treadmill...

3. Water!!! What kid would not live in a pool outside if they could? Evan had a "play date" the other day and was thrilled to wake up from his nap to find kids AND a pool in his backyard!

And who doesn't love Cheetos dipped in pool water...

They had fun until it was time to water the garden...

Thanks a millions kids! Michelle, you and the workers/kids are welcome anytime!! (Note: I decided to try something NEW this year and water my tomato plants more than once or twice a month. I've heard this is one of the keys to a successful garden. Hears hoping!!)

You win the prize for best title of the week.

I agree with Tristan - I better run to the store for some cheetos, it's in the high 90's this weekend.

Corbie: I'm glad I provided a good chuckle! With kids, the stories just write themselves.

Tristan: I'll be sure to bring the blue pail filled with pool water next time we get together and you may dip to your hearts content! ha!

Claudia: Do you have some sort of little electronic blog award I could add to my blog for the best title? Because I think my family needs to know I've broken the curse and actually WON something!!

And of course you're always welcome to the blue pail as well...
